Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring)

You won’t just be closing roles — you’ll work closely with hiring managers and have a direct strategic impact on attracting top talent to the team
Alongside high-volume roles within Customer Support, you’ll also work on cross-functional positions at the intersection of support and product (TL, QC, multilingual roles, as well as Marketing and Sales)

Your future responsibilities include:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process: from sourcing to offer stage
Focus on hiring for Customer Support (high-volume) roles, while also contributing to senior-level and adjacent positions
Actively participate in international hiring
Conduct screenings and assess candidates based on communication skills, motivation, and problem-solving abilities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers: define role requirements, align expectations, and set priorities
Improve hiring efficiency through metrics analysis and process optimization
Contribute to employer branding and job promotion initiatives
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage
Use modern tools (ATS, sourcing platforms) to streamline your work
Needed experience & skills:
1+ year of experience in recruitment (IT outsourcing or agency environment preferred)
Experience hiring for non-technical roles
Experience working with international vacancies
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and candidate search channels
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have skills:
Experience conducting recruitment or market research.
Experience improving or optimizing recruitment processes.
Experience with high-volume (mass) hiring.
