Customer Support Specialist (English, Contract Based)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will help maintain high-quality service standards and provide fast, efficient support in a dynamic, high-load environment.
Work schedule:
2/2 working shifts;
12-hour shifts. Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Latvia time;
Includes night shifts and weekends.
Important! It’s a ontract-based cooperation with the opportunity to transition to long-term collaboration after 6 months based on performance.
You will:
Communicate with users via live chat (90%) and email (10%);
Handle multiple chats simultaneously;
Support users with account-related questions, payments, bonuses, and general platform usage;
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner;
Follow internal guidelines and quality standards.
About you:
English level B2+ (C1 preferred);
6+ months of experience in Customer Support or other customer-facing roles;
Typing speed 45+ WPM;
Strong computer skills (fast navigation, multitasking, basic Excel);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly;
Flexibility with schedule (night shifts and weekends required).
