We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead the transformation of EverHelp from a service-driven company into a product + AI-powered ecosystem. The mission of this role is to define and execute product strategy, build a strong product organization, and turn EverHelp into a product-led company with scalable, high-margin solutions.
Your future responsibilities include:
Define a clear product vision aligned with EverHelp’s transformation into a product + AI-driven company, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and long-term growth strategy.
Identify and validate key product-market fit opportunities within customer support, AI, and automation domains, focusing on scalable and revenue-generating directions.
Prioritize product initiatives across AI, automation, analytics, and platform solutions based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic importance.
Lead the development of AI-powered solutions (e.g., CRM, retention tools, QC-AI, support automation), from concept to launch and further scaling.
Develop and optimize pricing strategies and unit economics to ensure product profitability and sustainable growth.
Build, hire, and develop a high-performing product team, including product managers, analysts, and cross-functional roles, while fostering ownership and execution.
Establish scalable and efficient product development processes (Agile/Lean), ensuring fast execution, adaptability, and strong delivery outcomes.
Needed experience & skills:
7–10+ years in product management, including 3+ years at Head of Product / CPO / VP Product level.
Proven experience launching at least one successful product.
Ability to define and execute product strategy, build clear and actionable roadmaps, align them with business goals, and adjust based on market feedback and performance.
Strong experience in building MVPs using Lean startup principles: fast validation of hypotheses, quick iterations, and moving from idea to first paying users.
Deep understanding of unit economics, pricing strategies, and monetization models, with the ability to ensure product profitability and scalability.
Ability to make data-driven decisions, work with key product metrics, and use analytical tools (SQL, BI) to evaluate product performance and identify growth opportunities.
Hands-on experience in building or scaling AI/ML or automation-driven products, including understanding of use cases, limitations, and business applications.
Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies to ensure efficient product delivery and team performance.
Experience in conducting customer interviews, applying JTBD framework, and translating insights into product decisions and features.
