We are starting cooperation with a new client, and are looking for a Customer Support Representative (German Desk) who will help process customer requests and ensure a high level of service for users.
The mission of this role is to provide timely and empathetic support to customers, helping resolve their inquiries related to orders, returns, and claims while maintaining high communication standards and response time.
Your future responsibilities include:
Handling customers’ inquiries via Gorgias (mainly through email communication),
Managing customer requests related to orders, returns, and claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution,
Providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication with customers.
Needed experience & skills:
German language C1 (strong written and communication skills),
6+ months of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce,
Strong empathy and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle returns and claims professionally.
Nice to have skills:
Experience working with Gorgias (ticketing system),
Experience with returns management tools, Google Sheets, or time-tracking tools like Clockify.
