We're looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale EverHelp's marketing function. Our positioning has already been defined, and we're entering the next stage of growth. We need a leader who will transform strategy into execution, strengthen demand generation, accelerate website launch after rebranding, scale both paid and organic acquisition, and build a marketing engine that directly impacts pipeline and revenue.
Your future responsibilities include:
Develop a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy and annual plan with clear KPIs (pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, brand metrics).
Lead demand generation through paid, organic, email, events, partnerships, and account-based marketing (ABM) programmes targeted at European B2B audiences.
Oversee brand and communications: corporate positioning, thought leadership, PR, analyst relations, case studies, and creative campaigns that reflect our values and proposition.
Own product marketing for EverHelp services: market positioning, pricing input, go-to-market plans, sales enablement materials, proposals, and competitive differentiation.
Manage content strategy: content calendar, whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, customer success stories, and localisation for key European markets and languages.
Build, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary marketing team and external agency/partner relationships; set clear objectives, review performance, and foster professional development.
Implement analytics and attribution frameworks to measure channel performance and demonstrate marketing ROI; optimise budget allocation accordingly.
Drive customer and market insight programmes: voice of customer, competitor analysis, segmentation, and trend monitoring to shape product and commercial strategy.
Ensure marketing operations and CRM processes (HubSpot or similar) support smooth lead lifecycle management and reporting accuracy.
Needed experience & skills:
5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, Outsourcing, CX, MarTech, SalesTech, or similar industries.
Proven experience leading marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong Product Marketing mindset and experience building messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Hands-on experience with SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Acquisition, and Demand Generation.
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales cycles.
Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English
Nice to have skills:
Experience working with AI Search / LLM visibility.
Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar marketing tools.
Experience organizing webinars and events.
Experience in the Customer Support, CX, or BPO industry.
