Customer Support Specialist (French)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible Customer Support Specialist (French) who will implement, develop, and maintain high-quality service standards for our customers.
Work schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET;
1-hour break during the working day.
You will:
handle customer requests via Zendesk - email, and chat;
support customers with product-related questions;
help with order tracking and delivery updates;
process after-sales service requests;
assist with customer account-related questions;
handle career and HR-related inquiries when needed;
use internal macros, guidelines, and available support materials;
keep communication clear, polite, and aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.
About you:
you have 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support;
you speak French and English at B2 level or higher;
you are patient, empathetic, and attentive to customer needs;
you are detail-oriented and can work with product information carefully;
you can adapt to new processes and work with partially structured information;
you are proactive and can search for information independently when needed;
experience with Zendesk, e-commerce, beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands will be a plus.
