The primary mission of this role is to drive client retention and maximize account revenue. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent service delivery while identifying and converting upsell opportunities. Success in this role is defined by long-term client satisfaction, account expansion, and measurable revenue growth.
Your future responsibilities include:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner,
Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs across client projects,
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and prepare tailored commercial proposals,
Manage and resolve client escalations and complex situations in a timely manner,
Monitor financial performance of accounts, including revenue and profitability analysis,
Prepare and lead regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with key stakeholders,
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless client operations and service delivery.
Needed experience & skills:
2+ years of commercial experience,
Experience working with B2B clients,
Strong analytical and critical thinking, with a structured and systematic approach and ability to manage multiple contexts,
Results-driven mindset with high motivation and ambition to achieve targets,
Strong data-driven approach with the ability to make decisions based on insights,
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate ideas both in writing and verbally,
Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively,
Advanced (C1) level of English, both written and spoken,
Experience working with or willingness to learn tools such as CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), Notion, ClickUp, and Looker.
Nice to have skills:
Experience in customer support outsourcing or other B2B service-based businesses,
Basic understanding of how service businesses operate, including financial models.
