Role overview
The role is launched to ensure stable, scalable, and technically sound performance of the cold email outreach channel, with full ownership of infrastructure, deliverability, and performance optimization.
You will fully own the cold email infrastructure (40+ inboxes), maintain high domain health, control bounce rate, and ensure predictable pipeline contribution through structured performance optimization.
Your future responsibilities include:
Infrastructure & Deliverability Ownership
Full ownership of the email channel infrastructure — from domain setup to qualified booked calls,
Management of 40+ inboxes and domain rotation,
Setup and maintenance of SPF, DKIM, DMARC records,
Inbox warming and domain health monitoring,
Continuous deliverability optimization (spam placement, sender reputation, blacklist monitoring),
Bounce rate control and troubleshooting deliverability issues,
Scaling outreach infrastructure while maintaining stability.
Campaign Management & Optimization
Launching and managing cold email campaigns on pre-built lead lists,
Monitoring key metrics: open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, spam rate,
Systematic A/B testing and performance optimization,
Identifying bottlenecks in the outreach funnel and improving conversion to qualified calls.
Needed experience & skills:
2+ years of hands-on experience in cold email outreach with direct infrastructure ownership,
Proven experience managing 30+ inboxes simultaneously,
Strong expertise in email deliverability and domain management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warming, bounce rate control),
Experience with outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or similar),
Experience setting up and managing Google Workspace or equivalent,
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar),
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making,
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English level for professional written and verbal communication,
High level of autonomy and ownership.
Nice to have skills:
Experience scaling outreach across multiple markets,
Experience building SOPs for outreach infrastructure,
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and collaboration with Sales,
Experience automating workflows between outreach tools and CRM.
