Role Purpose & Mission
To transform data into actionable analytical insights that enable informed, effective business decision-making.
You will:
Collect data from multiple sources and analyze it to identify trends and patterns;
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the support function (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction, etc.);
Produce regular analytical reports and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements;
Analyze feedback from internal and external customers to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement;
Apply predictive analytics to anticipate future trends and potential issues;
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of support processes;
Collaborate closely with Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
About you:
At least 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment;
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python;
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau);
Experience in data modeling (DBT or Dataform);
Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP or equivalent);
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
Ability to adapt quickly to change and demonstrate initiative;
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Nice to have:
Experience working with GitHub or GitLab.
