Our mission in this role is to effectively manage client relationships, ensure high-quality services, optimize the client experience, and maximize project profitability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients,
Monitoring SLA and KPI compliance for client projects,
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and preparing commercial proposals,
Resolving client issues and conflicts,
Analyzing client financial metrics and project profitability,
Preparing and conducting regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews),
Collaborating with different teams on client requests and projects.
About you:
Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience and experience working with B2B clients,
Skilled in working with financial metrics such as LTV, Churn Rate, and Revenue Growth,
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of negotiation and handling objections,
English proficiency at B2 level or higher,
Confident user of CRM systems, including HubSpot and Apollo,
Analytical mindset and experience working with data,
Ideally, experience in customer support outsourcing or other B2B service businesses, with an understanding of service business financial models.
